Job Description Role as Educator of the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is be the bridge between the research from the universities to the neediest families and youth in our state. This federally program operate through Cooperative Extension designed to help low-income families with children and low-income school-aged youth to improve their dietary intake and daily physical activity, improve their food resource management and food safety skills, and ultimately, decrease their risk of food insecurity and chronic disease.
