Ready to use that Crockpot?

Then join us on Thursday August 31, 2023, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. This class will be at the Johnston County Agriculture Center. We ask that you bring meats of your choice and we will provide the rest of the ingredients, bags, seasonings, recipe, etc.  In this class, you will prepare 5 meals for a family of 4.

This workshop is always a hit as we prep ingredients for the crockpot. You'll get to take home prepared ingredients ready for your freezer (or crockpot), helping you fit more nutritious meals into your schedule, saving you time and money.

This workshop will feature 5 stations with ingredients available for you to chop and add to your recipe. There will be 5 recipes to prepare and take home. Participants will be responsible for providing their own meats (we recommend arriving with meats in a cooler bag with ice packs or ice), and we will take care of the rest! Once registered, you will receive a list of meats to bring.
