National Center for Home Food Preservation

Not only does the National Center for Home Food Preservation provide tested canning recipes, it’s also a great resource for exploring other home food preservation options; everything from fermentation to drying and pickling to curing and smoking. There is are sections all about jam & jelly making, best practices for freezing meat and produce, and you’ll even find a storage guide.

USDA Complete Guide to Home Canning

The National Center for Home Food Preservation also provides access to each section of the USDA Complete Guide to Home Canning. Explore more recipes through the printable PDF files at the links provided, or order your own physical copy.

So Easy to Preserve

There are many factsheets to refer to from University of Georgia Extension, in addition to the So Easy To Preserve recipe guide book. You may order a physical copy of the book via mail with an order form and form of payment, or via the online store. Be sure to check with your Family and Consumer Sciences Agent at your local Cooperative Extension office; they may have copies for sale or may be able to help you save by placing an order if interest is shown to meet the number of copies required for bulk purchasing.
