Need a little help and motivation to get home-cooked meals on the table? Join us to prep meals to freeze now and eat later!

This workshop is always a hit as we prep ingredients for the crockpot. You’ll get to take home prepared ingredients ready for your freezer (or crockpot), helping you fit more nutritious meals into your schedule, saving you time and money.

This workshop will feature 5 stations with ingredients available for you to chop and add to your recipe. There will be 5 recipes to prepare and take home. Participants will be responsible for providing their own meats (we recommend arriving with meats in a cooler bag with ice packs or ice), and we will take care of the rest! Once registered, you will receive a list of meats to bring.

  • 3-Bean Chicken Chili
  • Southwest Chicken
