Once weekly, interactive sessions will help you eat smart, move more, and save at the grocery store through goal-setting & tracking.
This is a 4-week program designed to focus on two things- eating more fruits and vegetables and getting more physical activity. You’ll learn how to set goals and track to achieve these goals. Tracking intensity is up to you! Regardless of your choice, you’ll receive (optional) daily reminders and weekly encouragement.
When: Mondays at 5:30 p.m. Beginning February 8–March 1, 2021

- Session One: Introduction to the program, benefits of healthy habits, serving size recommendations, goal-setting, and tracking; stretch/exercise demonstration
- Session Two: Challenges and solutions to healthy habits, American Dietary Guideline recommendations; stretch/exercise demonstration
- Session Three: Food prep and knife skills training; recipe demonstrations included
- Session Four: Smart shopping virtual grocery store tour of tricks to save
