Cook Smart, Eat Smart

This series is intended to help you think about balance when making food decisions and is a great first step for those looking to prevent or manage chronic conditions through a healthier diet! We will be discussing all food groups and how to make healthier meals.

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:45 p.m.

Beginning March 16 and ending April 8, 2021.

Our Tuesday lessons will include a PowerPoint on cooking tips, nutrition information, smart shopping skills, and more. In our Thursday lessons, participants will be able to cook along (optional) with our virtual cooking lessons. Topics include knife skills and cooking techniques such as stir-frying, roasting, baking, steaming, and more!
