This 4-week series will walk you through the basics of planning, selecting, and cooking meals at home that are delicious and nutritious!

Ready for a fresh start to healthier eating? This series will provide you with knowledge, skills, and practice to make improvements in your eating habits happen! You’ll learn tips and tricks to making healthy decisions, reading the Nutrition Facts Label, meal planning, food preparation, and grocery shopping.

Each session will involve hands-on prep and cooking. Each person who wishes to participate must register in advance as space is limited to 12 participants.

  • Tuesdays, January 11th – February 1st
  • 5:45p – 7:45P
  • Registration Fee: $15 (covers cost of ingredients and materials)

*Masks are recommended as social distancing may not always be possible. Youth (at least 12 years old) and teens are welcome to register and attend with a parent. *
