Mindful Eating: Food Budgets, Menus, and Portions

Planning meals and staying within your food budget can be challenging. Join us for a virtual crash course!

Staying on track during the holiday season can be challenging, especially combined with the stress of an unusual year. Join us to learn how to maximize your food budget through planning and mindful eating. We’ll cover the basics of purchasing the best buy, planning meals and food prep, as well as mindful eating through portion control.

This workshop will be held at 6 p.m. on December 7, 2020, via Zoom. Upon registering for this event, you will receive an email with login details. Participants will also receive a friendly reminder prior to the start of the program. Resources and printables to help you put these new skills into practice will be provided.
