Jams and High Acid Foods Preservation Workshop

We had such success with our Jams and High Acid Food Preservation workshop that we have decided to offer the class again! If you were late discovering our workshop or waitlisted, we have another opportunity for you!

The Family and Consumer Sciences Program will be offering a workshop to teach you how to make your own jam and preserve high acid foods. The workshop will be held in the Demonstration Johnston County Agriculture Center Demonstration Kitchen on July 21, 2018 from 10:00 am-1:00 pm.

Pre-registration is required and must be received with payment by July 19, 2018. Registration is $20. Print the Registration Form.
