Description: 2025 CCA Training
The 2025 CCA Training, hosted by Extension agents from the Southeast District, will take place on December 9-11, 2025. This training will be at its usual location: the auditorium of the Johnston County Ag Center (2736 NC Highway 210, Smithfield, NC 27577).REGISTRATION & FEESEarly Registration Fee: $150 No partial registration fee offeredLate Registration Fee: $200 Postmarked after November 17th
Preregistration is encouraged. For pay-at the-door registrants, expect a registration delay and please be prepared to pay the $200 fee by check (made payable to Duplin County Extension Center) or $200 cash (exact change).Check is preferred and credit card is not accepted. Your registration fee includes class materials, light breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and lunches. This training provides 20 total CCA CEUs.

TRAINING HISTORY & OVERVIEW
The Eastern North Carolina Certified Crop Adviser Training was first held in December 2000. This annual training provides Certified Crop Advisers (CCAs) an opportunity to receive numerous continuing education units (CEUs). While learning valuable crop production information applicable to North Carolina. Agricultural Extension Agents from 15 counties within North Carolina’s Southeast Extension District collaborate to plan and conduct this program. Average attendance for this event has been 72 CCAs for the past 24 years.
Southeast Extension District Agricultural Agents have worked to plan this interesting and informative program. Emphasis has been placed on past participant program topic suggestions and new information
