This is a hands-on cooking and nutrition series all about the Mediterranean Diet! The Mediterranean Diet is all of what you SHOULD be eating, it's simple, and it's delicious. Best of all, this is the only eating pattern backed by years of studies and research, public health professionals, and nutritionists. Eat like the Mediterraneans and help prevent and/or better manage chronic conditions such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and some forms of cancers.
