Billy S. Murray, Sr. – College Scholarship for participants of the Southeast District 4-H Horse Program. –  Send Directly to Person Listed on Application by April 1, 2019

Johnston County 4-H Youth Livestock Scholarship Will be sent to all eligible youth showing livestock. This is due March 1, 2019.

Extension and Community Association Scholarship Will be available around February 1st for youth with an interest in Family and Consumer Sciences.

Other Scholarship Opportunities I know of.

Golden LEAF Scholarship applications are now available at Golden Leaf Foundation Scholarships. The deadline for applications is March 1, 2019. A total of 215 awards will be offered to first-time recipients to assist with tuition at participating institutions for the 2018-19 academic year. This list can be found at the site above. The awards are valued at $12,000 ($3,000 per year for up to four years of undergraduate education) for high school seniors and up to $9,000 for community college transfer students from qualifying counties who attend a participating North Carolina campus.
