Do you need more encouragement to eat healthy and move more? This series will help you do just that while saving money! This 4-week series will be held:

We’ll discuss serving sizes as well as find solutions to eating more produce and moving more. Each session, we will also share a 10-minute physical activity and hold weekly challenges. This group will have the option to participate in a Facebook Group community to share recipes, encouragement, and more!

During session three, you’ll get to observe a knife skills cooking demonstration to help refine your meal prep skills. We’ll wrap up the final week by discussing saving money while grocery shopping!
