4-H Presentations, a Winning Tradition
On June 22 at Lenoir Community College, 25 Johnston County 4-H’ers competed at District Presentations. At the end of the day the medal count was 24 for these veteran and new presenters. Two youth presented in 4-H Entertains, which is a talent showcase. Four more participated in the non-competitive 7-8-year-old Cloverbud Division. There were 164 presenters from 18 counties in attendance. Presentations allow youth to talk about, or demonstrate information which they are interested in, or have worked on through 4-H clubs or other activities.
